Job Duties You do home visits and help parents engage with their children in learning activities

You’ll help families work on achieving their goals

You’ll provide developmental information unique to each child

You’ll build on families’ strengths to create positive interactions

You’ll advocate for families to receive services and resources, as needed

Minimum Education Required You’ll need a minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or comparable credential, and to have been trained or have equivalent coursework in early childhood development with a focus on infant and toddler development.

Minimum Experience Required Preferred experience working with children birth to age 5.
