My Place Hotel Jamestown is seeking a reliable, energetic team player to join our front desk and operations team. This is a hands-on hospitality role in a fast-paced environment where guest service, cleanliness, and teamwork all come together to keep the hotel running smoothly. Schedule 2-4 days per week3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening Shift) Flexible scheduling within coverage needs What You'll Do

This role includes a combination of front desk and hotel support duties, including: Welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs Assisting with reservations and guest requests Supporting daily front desk operations and guest services Maintaining accurate system entries and communication logsCompleting laundry duties as needed Cleaning and maintaining hotel common areas Ensuring overall cleanliness and presentation standards are met throughout the shift Working closely with team members to ensure smooth hotel operations What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who: Shows up on time and ready to work Can stay organized and productive in a busy environment Communicates clearly and works well with a team Takes pride in cleanliness and attention to detail Can multitask between guest service and housekeeping duties Is willing to learn (hotel experience is a plus, but not required)
