Pivot to policies and fill gaps in insurance Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues. Train and mentor customer service representatives. Qualifications:5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role. Leadership and organizational skills. Our office is open 8:30am to 5:30pm. We currently have 22 team members at our agency.
