Customer Service Agent
Born out of a passion for outstanding customer service and a commitment to innovation, Biz Voice Boost was founded with one goal: to provide a call centre experience that's as unique as each of our clients. We saw a need for a service that goes beyond generic solutions and decided to create one. We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Agent to provide professional support and help create positive customer experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting others and building strong communication skills.Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and service requests. Provide accurate information and support solutions. Maintain professional and positive customer interactions. Document customer communications and update records accurately. Support daily customer service operations and team objectives.Escalate complex concerns when appropriate. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills including email and data entry.Entry-level candidates welcome; training provided.
