divh2Warehouse Associate/h2pWarehouse Associates are responsible for performing an array of duties, such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders.
/ppHourly rate: $*****/ph3Essential Duties and Responsibilities/h3ulliFill customer orders as assigned by picking, scale counting, packing, or shipping material.
/liliGenerate appropriate labels for product identification and/or mark materials with identifying information.
/liliPrepare parcels for shipment in accordance with Heilind and customer specifications to prevent damage, ensure preservation, and accurate identification.
/liliWork in a manner that promotes efficient handling and minimizes waste.
/liliParticipate in Company sponsored training and process improvement activities.
/liliComply with all Company Policies as defined in the Companys Warehouse Orientation Packet.
/liliPursue continuous improvement through training and process improvement.
/liliComply with all applicable elements of the Companys Quality Management System.
/liliMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
/liliMust have attention to detail.
/liliOther duties as assigned.

/liliPrior warehouse experience preferred, but not required/liliAbility to learn perform multiple tasks in a fast paced team environment/liliAbility to work independently and safely/li/ulh3Physical Requirements/h3ulliWhile performing the duties of this job the employee is often required to perform the following;/liliSit, stand, or walk for long periods throughout the day, up to 8 hours per day.
