What You'll Do
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions, service requests, and updates
Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails with professionalism and urgency
Coordinate service requests, schedule changes, and daily support needs with internal teams
Help resolve customer concerns quickly and thoroughly
Maintain accurate notes, records, and follow-up details in company systems
Partner with operations and service teams to keep communication clear and service on track
Deliver a positive, responsive experience that builds customer confidence and trust

Strong follow-through and attention to detail
Customer service, scheduling, dispatch, coordination, & admin support experience a plus!
