As a Cake Decorator, you'll be the creative force behind our most joyful offerings:
Decorate and assemble cakes, and desserts to recipe and visual brand standards
Follow established production methods and maintain organized workflow
Ensure cake displays are organized and visually appealing to enhance the guest experience in a timely and continuous manner
Prepare creams, fillings, icings, and toppings from scratch or components
Manage daily production plans and workflows to meet café demand
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe decorating station
Support special orders and guest customization needs when applicable
Receive, stock, and organize ingredients and supplies efficiently
Monitor equipment and ingredient inventory, notifying supervisors of any issues or shortages
Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks
Help train new Cake Team Members in decoration techniques and café procedures Monitor product quality and consistency—because details matter
Complete waste logs, production sheets, or prep reports as required
Adapt to other bakery tasks as needed (we're all one team!)
Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
What You Bring
At least 1+ years of cake decorating or culinary experience (preferred)
Familiarity with piping bags, whipped cream, fruit décor, and finishing techniques
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and labeling practices
ServSafe Food Handler's Certification (preferred)
Strong attention to detail, time management, and pride in presentation
Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs.
Team-first attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for hospitality
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.

Starting pay is $21 an hour with ability to increase after completion of training period.
Must be willing to travel to Southern California for a training period of 30 days.
