Well-educated, professional, and very skilled carpenter, framer, handyman, and custom home designer (high-end/luxury) with my own tools. Looking for a temporary, seasonal or long-term place to park an RV while establishing myself in Arizona.
No RV water or dump site needed. Just need to plug in a 110v extension cord for basic charging (tools, phone, LED light, and mini-fridge).
Turnovers, flipping, maintenance, demo, decluttering, doors, windows, hardscaping, fences/gates, decks, gutters, basic elect and plumbing fixtures, etc.
Depending on the amount of work you may need or accommidations you can offer, I will offer some barter or trade (caretaker, handyman, etc) and/or a very reasonable hourly or fixed rate.
