About the Job and Responsibilities:
Our lead plumbers must be experienced, and motivated to work on both commercial and residential job sites to be considers for this position. Our Lead Plumbers need at least 3 years of experience.
Ensures work complies with engineering specifications and local building codes.
Keeps accurate work logs: jobsites, time, equipment, materials, and recommendations for follow-up.
Work with minimal supervision, applying your skills and independent decision-making in a manner that will provide superior quality work for the customer.
Ability and willingness to train and mentor apprentices.
Pay range: $25-40/hr.
Requirements
Candidates who possess a Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in MI are preferred.
At least 3 years Lead experience.
Possess a valid Michigan driver's license and a clean driving record.
Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs., climbing up and down ladders, and flexible enough to fit into tight places.
Skilled at using power and hand tools.
Excellent and effective communication skills - oral and written.
