We're looking for a motivated and outgoing Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our customer base and connect more people with the right vehicle. As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers—reaching out, building relationships, and setting appointments for our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and excited about the automotive industry.Key responsibilities include: Making outbound calls, emails, and texts to engage new and existing leads Setting appointments for the sales team and follow up to ensure strong communication Maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system Responding quickly to online and phone inquiries Supporting marketing campaigns and promotionsHelping create a positive customer experience from the very first interaction What we're looking for: Strong communication and people skills Comfortable making calls and talking with customers Self-motivated and goal-oriented Basic computer and CRM knowledge (we'll train you!)
