Trillium is now hiring an Accountant in Gaylord! Flexible hours, part-time to start with opportunity to work full-time. Rate of pay $20.00/hr. We're looking for a hands-on Accounting&Administrative Manager who enjoys owning the details and keeping a business running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in clean books, organized systems, and staying ahead of deadlines. You'll own everything from day-to-day accounting to compliance and administrative operations.What You'll Own: Full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, invoicing, reconciliations, close) Financial reporting and maintaining accurate books Compliance, documentation, and audit readiness Administrative relationships (banks, vendors, insurance, etc.) Improving systems and processes This is a hands-on role with full ownership of day-to-day accounting and compliance and is best suited for someone who enjoys execution and accountability.Why This Role Is a Great Fit: High ownership and autonomy Direct impact on business operations Stable, long-term role Opportunity to improve systems and processes Close collaboration with leadership Required Qualifications: Strong accounting or finance background (degree preferred) Proven experience in hands-on bookkeeping and full-cycle accountingExperience managing AP, AR, invoicing, and collections Demonstrated ownership of small-business compliance and documentation ERP or accounting system experience (ownership-level) Office suite experience (Microsoft outlook, word, excel, etc.) Comfortable working independently and owning outcomesTrillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
