We are seeking a
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
for a contract opportunity in an employer-based clinic setting in Saginaw, MI.
This role focuses on delivering high-quality preventative, primary, and acute care services in a structured outpatient environment.
Schedule
Tuesday & Thursday:
7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Friday:
7:00 AM 11:00 AM
No weekends
24 hours per week
Contract Dates:
Start: June 15, ****
End: September 18, ****
Extension possible
Clinical Responsibilities
Annual physicals and preventative care visits
Chronic condition management
Acute and urgent care treatment
Biometric screenings
Lab draws
Immunizations (flu, allergy injections)
Women s health services
Pediatric care
EMR System:
Epic
Key Responsibilities
Perform physical exams, evaluations, and diagnostic testing
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Prescribe medications within scope of practice
Educate patients on treatment plans and health management
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with care teams per state guidelines
Requirements
Active
Nurse Practitioner license
(Michigan)
Board Certification (AANP or ANCC preferred)
Minimum
1 year of NP experience preferred
Current CPR certification (if applicable)
Ability to maintain collaborative agreements as required
Must meet all credentialing, compliance, and health requirements
