Conduct needs analysis to identify insurance products for customers. Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to customers. Develop and maintain customer relationships. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.Qualifications: State insurance license for life and health insurance. Communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products. Sales experience, preferably in insurance. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.Proficiency with insurance agency software.
