Required Skills
Proven experience operating Crown high reach forklifts or similar equipment.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices in a warehouse environment.
Ability to perform basic maintenance checks on equipment.
Excellent spatial awareness and organizational skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to Have Skills
Certification to operate forklifts or other warehouse machinery.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
Previous experience in inventory management or logistics.
Preferred Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in equipment operation or warehouse settings.
Other Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
Willingness to work flexible hours and potentially overtime during peak periods.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
