Customer Service Representative
Location: Fontana, CA Type: Contract Compensation: $22/Hour Contractor Work Model: Onsite
onsite Hours: 7a-4p, M-F Responsibilities
Process customer orders via phone, email, fax, and mail and ensure timely delivery Arrange and expedite product shipments and provide order status updates Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and plant personnel to resolve issues Respond to customer inquiries and handle concerns in a professional mannerCoordinate returns, credits, debits, and related documentation Work with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing, payment, and invoice issues Promote customer satisfaction by following established policies and procedures Support sales initiatives and encourage system-based ordering Communicate customer issues to management as neededRequirements
High school diploma required; college degree preferred 12 years of customer service experience preferred Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, order entry systems, and email Ability to handle difficult customers and stressful situations professionallySAP experience required System One, and its subsidiaries including Joul and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
