Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for fixing things, a positive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in every property. You will be responsible for performing repairs and preventative maintenance to address issues reported by guests and ensure our homes are kept in prime condition.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine property inspections and identify areas needing maintenance.
Perform repairs across various systems, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies to resolve issues effectively.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and communicate updates with management.
Assist in property preparation for guest arrivals, including inspections and light cleaning tasks when necessary.
Participate in ongoing training and stay updated with safety protocols and regulations.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure a seamless operation and guest experience.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in maintenance or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience in property maintenance or handyman roles.
Familiarity with standard maintenance tools and equipment.
Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to travel between properties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the hospitality or property management industry.
Knowledge of HVAC systems and certification is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
