Description

The Front Desk Manager is a highly visible and hands-on leader of Steamboat Tennis and Pickleball Complex.
The Front Desk Manager is responsible for working with the Leadership Team to assure a consistently positive guest experience.
The Front Desk Manager ensures proper staffing, training and oversight of the Front Desk staff for both tennis and pickleball.
This position will be responsible for the overall operations of the Front Desk and for ensuring a cohesive, positive team culture.
Primary duties will be hiring Front Desk staff, scheduling, training of new hires, refresher training for staff as needed, performance reviews and regular communication to Front Desk of process, policy and procedure changes.
This position will work closely with the Directors of Tennis and Pickleball to support the implementation of new operational initiatives and the improvement of existing processes.
Full-time, 40 hours/week.
