This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment./ppThis is what we offer:/pulliOpportunity to work in a cohesive and supportive team environment/liliComprehensive insurance plans - medical, dental, vision, life insurance, health savings account, and flexible savings account/lili401(k) plus match/liliUnlimited professional training opportunities/liliPaid vacation days, sick days, and holidays/liliOpportunity for advancement in a growing company/liliState-of-the-art facilities and equipment/li/ulpHere is what an ordinary day of work may look like:/pulliGreet customers and carefully record the customers concerns to generate an accurate work order./liliTrack the status of open repair orders during the day keeping both the customers and dispatcher updated with approvals and delays./liliObtain the training necessary to know what is covered under warranty for each franchise./liliPerform regular and scheduled contacts with previous customers and make appointments for maintenance items./liliMake sure all customers have been notified when ordered parts arrive and schedule an appointment to have the work done./liliHelp the cashier close tickets and notify customers that their vehicles are ready for pickup./liliExplain repair order charges to customers and promptly notify the service manager of any customer service problems./liliStrive to meet managements metrics for sales per repair order, total gross profit, repair orders per day, and customer satisfaction scores./li/ulpThe opportunity is for you if you have:/pulliExperience in a Porsche Service Advisor role strongly preferred./liliProven track record of CSI and sales history, preferably with a luxury dealership, preferred./liliExcellent verbal and math skills.
