Remote Attorney (Pip - Insurance Defense Litigation), Fort Lauderdale

A nationwide law firm focused on insurance defense is currently hiring a PIP Attorney.
This is a permanent position with a very generous benefits package.
The ability to work remotely is available if desired.
Ideal applicants will have PIP / Personal Injury Protection experience.
Applicants with insurance defense experience are encouraged to apply.
Duties include previewing PIP cases for possible settlement, negotiating settlement terms and drafting settlements.
Additionally the litigation attorney is responsible for reviewing cases and drafting discovery if needed.
Attorneys must have litigation experience.
Billable hour requirements apply.
