Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (excluding State holidays)

Estimated Hours: 2,008 hours

Contract Term: One-year initial term beginning July 1, 2025, or upon issuance of the purchase order, whichever is later

Purpose:

To create new automation processes using Microsoft 365 applications as part of the Florida Department of Health, Lee County Health Department's continuous improvement cycle.

Contractor Responsibilities:

Service Tasks:

Provide a Web Applications Programmer to perform the following tasks:

Create technical documentation pertaining to applications designed in the Microsoft 365 platform.

Develop applications using the Microsoft 365 platform, as directed by the Department.

Develop information dashboards for management.

Submit supporting documentation with the weekly invoice that includes employee timesheet detailing the daily number of hours worked.

Data Security and Confidentiality Task:

Comply at all times with all Department data security procedures and policies as specified in the Application and Data Security, and Confidentiality document.

Proficient with Microsoft SharePoint

Proficient with Microsoft Forms

Proficient with Microsoft Lists

Proficient with Microsoft Power Automate

Proficient with Microsoft Power Apps

Proficient with Microsoft Power BI

Proficient with Microsoft Planner

Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Proficient in technical writing

Ability to follow strict protocols and procedures

Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
