License Needed: Any state license accepted
Certifications Needed: BC or truly BE in FM
Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: All ages primary care/family practice or urgent care
Other additional pertinent information:
MUST have PALS, DEA, BLS/ACLS
Any State license accepted
Must have COVID VACINATION or Medical/Religious exemption
BACKGROUND/DRUG TEST REQUIRED
