Description Position Summary We are seeking a polished, hospitality-driven Assistant Manager to support daily operations at our upscale steakhouse. This leader will help deliver an elevated guest experience while maintaining exceptional service standards, team performance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has fine dining or luxury hospitality experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience Ensure every guest receives exceptional, personalized service Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly Maintain a visible presence on the floor during service Uphold luxury hospitality standards and fine dining etiquette Team Leadership Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching staff Lead pre-shift meetings and daily service briefings Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork Support performance management and employee development Operations Management Oversee daily front-of-house operations Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations Monitor reservation flow, table management, and staffing levels Support inventory control, cash handling, and labor management Financial Performance Assist in achieving sales, labor, and profitability goals Help manage scheduling and labor efficiency Support initiatives that drive revenue and guest retention Monitor operational costs and identify improvement opportunities Standards&Presentation Maintain impeccable restaurant appearance and ambiance Ensure staff grooming and uniform standards are consistently met Uphold company policies, SOPs, and service standards Qualifications Qualifications 3 years of restaurant management experience Experience in upscale dining, steakhouse, or luxury hospitality environments Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities Knowledge of wine, spirits, and fine dining service standards Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Wine certification or sommelier training Experience with reservation and POS systems Proven success managing high-volume upscale service environments
