EPIC User Support, Indiana

Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for an EPIC User Support for their Fort Wayne, IN location.

 

Responsibilities:

User would log into Epic and perform scripted steps necessary to obtain printed materials for lab and pathology orders. 

If script passes, mark spreadsheet as successful.  If script does not pass, report to the build team for fix, and would then retest.

Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for healthcare professionals using EPIC

Respond to user inquiries

Assistance with system issues

Ensure smooth system operation

Provide support for workflow-related problems

 

Requirements:

High School or GED.

Skills- Epic.

Requirements experience: Minimum 1-year experience required
