As the Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) you will have the opportunity to lead operational activities in accordance with departmental policies, procedures, and standards to achieve established production schedules and desired quality levels in a safe manner. Schedule: This is a second shift position. Typical work schedule is 1:00pm-10:00pm (Monday-Friday)

Oversee daily activities of associates, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Develop and train associates, empowering them to excel in their roles.

Maintain a strong emphasis on quality and customer service excellence.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

Assist in the successful launch of new products.
