Saw Operator Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 21.17 to $ 22.17 / hour Full Time work available Third Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:30pm to 06:00am) Operate band saws and industrial cutting equipmentCut steel billets and raw materials according to work orders and cut tickets Read blueprints, job specifications, and measurement tools Verify material sizes, heat numbers, and traceability information Load and unload heavy steel materials using forklift Inspect cuts for quality and dimensional accuracyMaintain saw blades, coolant levels, and machine condition Complete production paperwork and inventory documentation Follow plant safety procedures and PPE requirements Saw Operator Qualifications: Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred Ability to read tape measures and perform basic mathExperience with saws, cranes, forklifts, or heavy equipment is a plus Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Good communication and teamwork skills Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
