About the Role: Join our dynamic team at J&C LUCAS KWIK KAR LLC as a Lube Tech/State Inspector! We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about automotive service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Perform routine lube services and oil changes efficiently and accurately. Conduct state inspections in compliance with local regulations. Diagnose and repair minor automotive issues as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.Keep up-to-date with industry standards and new technologies. Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Valid state inspection license is a plus. Valid drivers license. Experience in lube services and basic automotive repairs. (2 years)Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training is a plus.Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
