Key Responsibilities: Operate grinding equipment based on production schedule Read blueprints and layouts to determine proper grinding procedures Set up and maintain grinding machines in good working condition Inspect and measure parts to ensure they meet specifications Straighten and prep metal workpieces using hammers and pressesPre-fit and finish components with hand tools Identify and set aside defective parts Requirements:

Previous grinding or machine operation experience preferred Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
