What You'll Do
Assist clients with policy questions, claims, and updates
Resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with agents and team members to deliver seamless service
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Provide helpful information about insurance products and services
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Previous customer service experience preferred
Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, MS Office)
Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
Able to obtain a Life/Health License
