Warehouse Floor Supervisor, Fort Worth, TX

We are hiring a Floor Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX for an internationally known leader in the warehouse industry! This is an exciting opportunity to be in a leadership role in a large, fast paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, or have an Associates degree in logistics, supply chain management, business or other related discipline and have a great understanding of operations in a logistics environment.

salary: $20 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee employees working in a warehouse environment
• Ensure employees are adhering to all safety and quality requirements 
• Provide coaching for employees, and disciplinary action when needed
• Must have the ability to professionally manage conflict, promote effective change, and problem solve quickly when necessary
• Complete administrative tasks as directed by management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Multiple Language Skills preferred - Spanish,Nepali, French, etc
• Candidates must have reliable transportation

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• standing for 12 hours at one time
