Pharmacist In Charge (PIC)
Full Time Permanent - Direct Hire
Fort Worth, TX
Work Schedule:Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri; every other Sat off; Wed & Sun closed
Store Hours:Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–6 PM, Sat 8:30 AM–1 PM
Base Pay: $60–$62 per hour plus benefits
Role Overview
Currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pharmacist In Charge who is passionate about community service, patient engagement, and clinical excellence .
This role is ideal for someone who values patient outcomes over purely compensation-driven work .
Key Responsibilities
Accurately dispense prescriptions in a timely manner
Provide drug information to patients and healthcare professionals
Ensure patient safety through effective medication management
Conduct visual verification of prescriptions for accuracy
Deliver patient counseling and clinical support
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required
Immunization certification (mandatory)
Strong clinical and patient care skills
Experience in prescription processing and pharmacy operations
Business acumen and operational understanding
Preferred: 2–3 years of management experience
Open to recent pharmacy graduates
Compensation & Benefits:
Additional earnings: 40% of billed medical services (via medical billing platform)
