An aerospace manufacturing company in West Fort Worth is hiring for a CSR Admin!

Shift:

M-F

8a-5p Pay: $20-$23/hr Temp to Hire

Job Duties: General administrative duties; including answering phones, filing, scanning documents Enter customer orders in system Prepare invoices and send to customers with payment instructions Prepare shipping documents Label all packages for shipment Monitor shipments and send daily tracking emails to customers

Ideal Candidate will have: Minimum 5 years administrative experience in an office environment Strong administrative sklls, including office protocols and etiquette Must have excellent interpersonal skills Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced computer experience in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelAttention to detail and strong organizational skills Must be able to multi-task and handle frequent interruptions
