You'll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

In this role, you will: Provide personal care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines Maintain resident environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked Support mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanicsRecord vital information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption Assist with positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety Encourage engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed What Makes You a Great Fit

We're looking for someone who: Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas Can accurately record information and perform technical procedures Communicates well and demonstrates self-discipline and patience Genuinely cares for the elderly and individuals with disabilitiesUnderstands and upholds the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities Follows all safety policies and procedures Benefits (Full-Time)
