Previous caregiving experience a plus, but not required

Job Responsibilities:

Provide personalized in-home care for clients

Assist with daily activities including:

Personal hygiene and grooming

Meal preparation

Medication reminders

Light housekeeping

Transportation to appointments

Offer compassionate companionship

Communicate effectively with clients and their families

Requirements

Must possess and maintain all applicable certifications in accordance with state law 

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred 

Must have a valid driver’s license  

Experience in a home care or long term health care environment a plus 

Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image 

Must possess skills to make decisions and solve problems 

Must possess strong written and oral communication skills; be able to follow oral and written directions; and ability to maintain confidential information 

Must comply with required clearances including but not limited to State Tuberculosis (PPD) clearances, satisfactory criminal record report
