Home Health (OASIS E/HCHB Exp) - DAYS

NO HOLIDAYS/ NO WEEKENDS

ASAP START - ORIENTATION EVERY MONDAY

Skills Required: Peripheral IV Start, HCHB, Infusion, Home Health Medicare Exp with OASIS E Experience

Special Requirements: Must have Medicare-certified home health agency experience , Candidates must be able to manage at least 8 patient visits per day.

Types of Cases: CHF, diabetes, drain care, urinary catheter, ostomy care, infusion services, central line care, joint replacement, COVID, palliative

8 Visits/Day

Ratio 1:1

Guaranteed Hours: 40HRS

2 Years of experience REQ

First-timers accepted

Charting: Homecare Homebase, SBAR, SOAP, OASIS E

Mileage is reimbursed

Certs Required: BLS, OASIS E
