Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for
Customer Service Representative
positions
Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct phone and in-person interviews
Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate applicant tracking records
Extend job offers and manage pre-employment requirements
Facilitate new-hire onboarding and orientation
Partner with operations leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring goals
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Provide an exceptional candidate experience from application to onboarding
Qualifications
Previous recruiting or HR experience preferred (call center experience a plus)
Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage high-volume hiring with attention to detail
Proficient with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
