Accounting Supervisor, Winchester, KY

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and leadership-driven Accounting Supervisor with a background in manufacturing to oversee our daily accounting operations. In this role, you will lead a small, dedicated team of accounting professionals, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, compliance with standard accounting practices, and the timely execution of month-end closures.

The ideal candidate possesses technical expertise in sales tax, tangible/intangible property tax/ KIDA. 

salary: $34 - $36 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Supervisors and controls the general accounting and cost accounting functions. This includes the general ledger, accounts payables, accounts recievables. fixed assets, and cash managment. This individual is responsible for financial statements and report preparation, budject preparation and reporting, and statistical analysis as reqired by management.
