F&M Trust is seeking a customer-focused Financial Services Representative (FSR) to join our Orchard Park team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on customer interaction, thrives in a fast-paced branch environment, and wants to build a long-term career in banking.
The FSR plays a key role in creating positive experiences for both consumer and business customers.
Whether you are assisting with day-to-day banking needs or helping customers discover solutions they didn't know were available, you will be supported with training and development every step of the way.
What You'll Do
Serve as a first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly, professional service
Perform routine and complex transactions accurately and efficiently
Identify opportunities to introduce customers to products and services that support their financial goals
Participate in ongoing training to expand product knowledge and banking capabilities
Progress toward expanded responsibilities, including account opening, after completing initial training
Schedule, Pay & Incentives
Full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week
Starting hourly rate generally ranges from $16$18 per hour
Additional incentive opportunities for successfully referring customers to products and services they do not currently use

What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Interest in combining customer service with sales-oriented conversations
Willingness to learn new systems, products, and processes
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset with flexibility in a changing environment
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or cash handling is helpful, but not required-we provide training.
You'll work alongside a collaborative branch team that includes a Community Office Manager, Assistant Community Office Manager, Lead Financial Services Representative, Relationship Banker, and 2 additional full-time FSRs.
