We're looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team and help drive financial accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
?? Key Responsibilities:
• Examine and analyze multiple financial accounts
• Assist with preparation of financial statements
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and accounting policies
• Support financial audits, reconcile bank statements, and maintain documentation
• Manage large volumes of numerical data with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide detailed financial reports to leadership multiple times per week
• Forecast and analyze financial trends
• Ensure timely payment of retirement contributions, insurance, and recurring expenses
?? Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience with MRI-Lindsey, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
• Strong computer, analytical, and communication skills
• Highly organized and deadline-driven
• Verifiable employment history

• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
• Ability to safely navigate confined or uneven spaces
