About the Role

This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's mission and long-term goals, serving as a key advisor to leadership on workforce planning and organizational development, and promoting equity and inclusion through innovative recruitment and retention practices.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a minimum of ten years of progressive experience in HR management, including supervisory roles.
A Master's degree is preferred, and professional HR certifications are advantageous.
The role requires a deep knowledge of federal and state employment laws, strong leadership skills, and exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in performance management, conflict resolution, and a proven track record in cultivating a high-performing workplace culture.
Responsibilities also include supervising and mentoring HR team members, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of personnel records and HR systems.
