Robert Half is looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant / Data Entry specialist to support daily office operations for an engineering organization in Winchester, Kentucky.
This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping records organized, preparing document sets, and handling routine administrative tasks with accuracy.
The role combines clerical support, front-office assistance, and data entry work in a steady Monday through Friday schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and organize copies of drawings, project materials, and billing documents so information is complete and ready for distribution.
• Enter and update data in company systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain orderly records and filing systems to support day-to-day administrative activities.
• Provide front-desk and general office support, including greeting visitors and assisting with routine inquiries.
• Answer inbound calls courteously and direct questions or messages to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with basic spreadsheet tasks to track information, organize data, and support office reporting.
• Help coordinate clerical workflows by collating documents and ensuring materials are assembled correctly before submission.
• Previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, or data entry work.
• Ability to enter information accurately and manage repetitive tasks with consistent attention to detail.
• Comfortable answering phone calls and handling general receptionist responsibilities with a detail-oriented approach.
• Basic working knowledge of spreadsheets and standard office software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage documents, records, and multiple routine assignments.
• Reliable communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to supporting internal teams and visitors.
