Job Description

The Safety&Training Coordinator is responsible for taking the lead in safety-related activities, including audits, inspections, and incident investigations, while supporting training initiatives. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, promotes a safe work environment, and collaborates with the Training&Safety Manager to align safety programs with operational goals.

Qualifications: Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher preferred

3+ years of experience in warehouse safety and compliance roles

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety audit processes

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to lead investigations and implement corrective actions

Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and changing temperatures
