Administrative Financial Assistant
Sparks Group is seeking an Administrative Financial Assistant to support a client in the Winchester Area.
This is a 3-month contract with the potential to extend.

Responsibilities
Answer phones and transfer calls
Communicate with clients via email and respond to correspondence
Print daily client invoices
Prepare payment collection emails for team
Review approved invoices and log in AP team's sub-ledger
Assist with reconciling corporate credit card statements
Additional administrative tasks and duties as assigned
Qualifications/Background Profile
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Must be highly trainable and have the ability to follow established guidelines
Must have a positive can-do attitude
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in an extremely fast paced environment
Must be able to pass a thorough background check
