Candidate Requirements
Years of Experience Required: 5+ overall years of experience in the field.
Degrees or certifications required: 2 or 4-year technical degree in a relevant discipline from ABET accredited institution or equivalent desired.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. 5+ years of expertise in transportation industry Closures systems and sub-systems at an OEM or supplier is desired.
2. Experience designing and working with manufacturers to create parts and assemblies using high-volume manufacturing processes typically found in world class automotive environment.
3. Experience working with Class A surface data.
