Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives for G&A and HR categories, ensuring alignment with our company objectives. This role involves leading negotiations to optimize contracts and achieving cost savings, driving continuous improvement in procurement practices, and managing supplier performance. The successful candidate will also lead transformational projects to enhance procurement processes, champion sustainability, and develop change management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for various corporate categories, aligning them with company objectives.

Lead negotiations for contracts, supplier agreements, and SLAs to optimize terms and secure cost savings.

Collaborate with finance, legal, and department heads to align procurement strategies with business goals.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in procurement practices, emphasizing analytics and market research.

Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service expectations.

Must-Have Skills:

Proven negotiation and complex supplier relationship management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in procurement tools and systems.

Industry Experience Required:

Experience in the Automotive or Technology sector is ideal.
