Objective of Job

Install, maintain, and repair machinery and/or equipment as part of the tool room program. Coordinate associates and equipment scheduling. 

Principal Activities

• Support the supervisor in the organization and the allocation of shift personnel based on the call from each operations area, ensuring that a work order is entered into the system. 
• Provides recommendations to supervisors regarding disciplinary actions, associate development, including cross-training, time-off/PTO.
• Ensures and supports company policies and procedures are followed.
• Recognize and eliminate weak areas; develop suggestions for eliminating weak areas.
• Advise on planning, selection and procurement of equipment, taking into account company standards and user-specific requirements.

Job Requirements:

Associate Degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range:
