Tax Senior Manager or Director
to join its leadership team.
This hybrid role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in both
Tax
and
Audit & Assurance (A&A)
, and a desire to grow into a
partner role within 3–5 years
.

Practice Areas: 60% Tax, 40% Audit, Evaluation, and Non-Profit
Industries: High Tech, Software, Manufacturing, Construction, Real Estate, and High-Net-Worth Individuals
Responsibilities
Lead tax and audit engagements across a diverse client base
Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to clients
Mentor and develop junior staff
Contribute to business development and firm growth
Qualifications
12+ years of public accounting experience
Strong technical skills in both Tax and A&A
Local market experience preferred
Business development experience and/or an existing book of business is a strong plus
Competitive base salary:
$185K–$225K+
, with flexibility for the right candidate
