Dealer Accounting Clerk (Multi-Tasking Role)
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dealer Accounting Clerk to join our fast-paced team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, stays organized under pressure, and wants hands-on exposure to all areas of an automotive office.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable support
DMV processing and title work
Daily deposits and cash handling
General office administration and data entry
Assisting multiple departments as needed
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Automotive office experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Professional communication and teamwork skills
