SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Exciting global security software company is expanding its accounting department and is seeking a strong Sr.
Accountant to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for general ledger, intercompany entries
Preparation of month end close
Preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements
Monthly and quarterly research, track, and document GAAP compliance for revenue related items such as ASC 606
Post journal entries, review general ledger accounts, and reconcile balance sheet accounts
Support accounts payable and assisting with audits
Prepare and review monthly/ quarterly/yearly fluctuation analysis over income statement, balance sheet and cash flow
Research technical accounting issues and draft accounting position memos as necessary
Assist with M&A transactions
Requirements:
Senior Accountant with 4-5 years of accounting experience
CPA, public/private experience
Working knowledge of ASC 606 and ASC 842
Experience in Tech/SaaS
NetSuite or Intacct experience preferred
