divh2Accounting Manager/h2pZerova is looking for an Accounting Manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities.
Accounting Manager responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information.
We are also looking for someone to work closely with our financial management team.

/ppResponsibilities:/pulliCoordinate with other departments/warehouses to identify and resolve invoice issues efficiently/liliRoute verify accounts payable for proper approval prior to payment/liliEnter payable information into the Companys accounting/payment system/liliProcess payments (ACH/checks/wires)/liliSolve vendor payment issues/liliIn charge of month end close and prepare financial statements/liliPrepare general ledger entries to ensure and maintain GL are properly posted into accounting system/liliProvide accurate and timely reports including financial analysis and operational metrics/liliManage daily cash flow and verify all transactions deposited / withdrew from company bank account, prepare daily cash report, generate Bank reconciliation on a monthly basis/per top managements request/liliResponsible and preparing all required information for sales tax use tax filing, and **** filing.
/liliWorking closely and coordinate with CPA to complete quarterly and annual audits, including statutory audits.
/liliMaintain/oversee fixed asset list with depreciation database update/liliResolve expense report discrepancies in compliance with corporate guidelines/liliSupervise AR billing and AP payment, ensure transactions are in compliance with IRS regulations/Federal state tax rules/liliResponsible for various internal audits by HQ/liliEstablish, follow, and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles/liliProven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager/liliAdvanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases/liliAbility to manipulate large amounts of data/liliProven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations/liliHigh attention to detail and accuracy/liliAbility to lead and supervise/liliPerform other duties as assigned/li/ulpRequirements and Skills:/pulliBachelors degree in accounting/lili5+ years work experience in General Accountant level/lili3+ years work experience in Accounting Supervisor/Manager role/liliExcellent Excel skills including pivot table, V-look up/liliExperience using Microsoft Suite tools: Word, PowerPoint, Teams/liliCross functional collaboration skills with high level of communication/liliDetailed oriented, able to multitask and prioritize workloads with competing deadlines/liliSelf-motivated, quick learner, thrive in a fast-paced environment, team player/liliHigh attention to detail/liliCPA preferred/liliExperienced in International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS)/li/ulpBenefits:/pulli401(k) matching/liliFSA Accounts/liliDental insurance/liliHealth insurance/liliVision insurance/liliLife insurance/liliPaid time off/li/ulpThis is a fully onsite position located in Fremont, CA; Monday- Friday from 10 am to 7 pm.
