The Construction Estimator will be responsible for estimating and pre-construction for a variety of commercial and government construction projects.

Construction Estimator
Responsibilities:
Estimating and quantity take-offs
Preparing and managing bid packages
Scheduling
Cost control
Managing RFI
Subcontractor management
Obtains pricing for materials
Client relations
Procurement
Bid analysis and quality control
Requirements:
5 plus years' commercial estimating experience required
Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Architecture preferred
Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word
Takeoff Experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously
Ability to work in a team environment
Commercial or industrial project experience preferred
